Projects and events I’ve led, coordinated and/or supported across conservation, community leadership, and advocacy. My role often spans planning and budgeting, stakeholder coordination, on-ground support, and creating the comms assets that help programs live beyond the event itself.

How I Work

I treat events and projects like a full cycle:

plan → deliver → translate into visibility.

Typical support includes:

  • Project coordination: timelines, roles, run-of-show, tasking, follow-through

  • Budgeting + admin: procurement support, financial trackers, reimbursements coordination (as assigned)

  • Logistics: travel/venue coordination support, participant comms, documentation prep

  • Comms + visibility: concept + messaging, materials production, social support, post-event story package

  • Documentation outputs: photo/video capture, interviews, highlight reels, recap articles, albums

Note: Internal trackers, templates, and sensitive documentation are available upon request when appropriate.

INDIGENOUS YOUTH PROGRAM
(Camps, Assemblies, Governance Support)

Indigenous Youth Leadership & Convenings (2024–2025)

I supported Indigenous youth programming and national coordination work—helping hold both the operational backbone and the visibility layer of youth-led initiatives (camps, general assemblies, governance meetings, and storytelling outputs).

Scope of Support

  • Coordination, budgeting support, logistics/admin support for youth camps and assemblies

  • Follow-through systems for youth engagements and post-event actions

  • Comms + visibility support: strategy, content creation, social publishing support

  • Photo/video documentation + interviews; youth stories and features

  • Communications materials for youth platforms and youth-led campaigns

  • Coordination support for national youth org governance (BOT), statements, and key partner engagements

  • Co-created youth comms strategy and tech/visibility planning (e.g., youth show format support)

South–South Exchange Communications & Production Support (2024–2025)

One of the GLA activities I’m most proud of supporting is the Gaia Amazonas–NTFP-EP South–South Learning Exchange. Scope of Support

  • Comms strategy and materials conceptualization for a multi-country learning exchange

  • Interview and documentation support (photo/video capture)

  • Article writing + social media rollout
